1. Introduction

PT Berjaya Global Viktori, an Indonesian company ("the Publisher"), licenses the on-demand application and downloadable software application ("the Marketplace Product") that works with Atlassian Products.

2. Agreement Acceptance

By downloading the Marketplace Product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. License Grant

The Publisher grants you:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license
• Non-transferable rights
• Permission to use only on hardware systems you own, lease or control

4. User Limitations

You must:

1. Ensure the number of users matches the licenses purchased
2. Purchase additional licenses for more users
3. Only allow authorized users (those covered by paid licenses) to access the product

5. Data Collection

We may collect:

• Technical information about your device and system
• Usage data to improve our products
• Anonymous information for marketing purposes

We handle all data according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify or reverse engineer the software
• Create derivative works
• Sublicense any rights
• Remove any copyright notices

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Marketplace Product are owned by the Publisher or its licensors. You are granted a license to use the product, not ownership.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Defend and indemnify the Publisher against claims from your users
2. Notify us promptly of any claims
3. Cooperate in any investigations or defenses

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide the product "as is" with no warranties of:

• Non-infringement
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation
• Data preservation

10. Marketing

We may:

• Use your name in our client list
• Display your logo for marketing purposes
• Stop using your name/logo upon your request

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms by posting changes on the Atlassian Marketplace.
